Prone Bridge Test
During this test of core strength you will likely be required to hold a 'plank' type position with only your hands and feet in contact with the floor. You will be given a demonstration on the day of the exact position required.
Regardless of exact positioning, the key is to improve your core strength.
Push ups, sit ups and deadlifts are all useful activities for improving your ability to maintain the necessary duration. This duration is, at time of publishing this video, 90 seconds.
